Welcome to Viernez! By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product images, descriptions, and sizes are accurate. Please note that slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting or screen display.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or other concerns.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by J&T Express for local orders. Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped and can be accessed by logging in with your email.

4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once items are shipped.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. In such cases, contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your item with photo evidence.
