Terms of Service

Welcome to Viernez! By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms:


1. Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product images, descriptions, and sizes are accurate. Please note that slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting or screen display.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or other concerns.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by J&T Express for local orders. Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped and can be accessed by logging in with your email.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Size Changes:
Size changes are only allowed within 5 hours of payment. After this 5-hour window, your order will be processed and no further size changes can be accommodated.

Damaged Items:
Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photo evidence of the damage. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

 

On-Hand Item Exchange Policy

  • The sizes listed on our website are the only available sizes. Size exchanges are not possible.

  • You may change your order to another on-hand item only before it has been shipped.

  • Any price difference will apply; you'll need to pay the difference if the replacement item costs more, or receive store credit if it costs less.

  • Once your order has been shipped, no exchanges or order changes can be made.

 

5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any information you provide will only be used to process and deliver your orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Communication
All official communications and customer support will be conducted via email or Instagram only.

Policy Acknowledgement

By placing an order with Viernez Exclusives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our store policies, including our shipping, returns, exchanges, and order terms. It is the customer's responsibility to review these policies before completing a purchase, as we will not be held liable for issues arising from failure to read or understand them.
